European International Olive Oil Competition

EIOOC European international olive oil competition is a new idea innovated by Biotech. & Process Engineer R. Chouket that gives spirit to the competition of more than one European participating country, and every year the results will be in one of the capitals of those countries, this competition would resemble with Football champions league alike in its formation and preparation. Psychologically, it would be boring, if it is done in one country every year.

European International Olive Oil competition will geographically encompass the biggest land which is the whole of Europe because it includes the largest number of competitions and ours is the mother of the competitions because it is different than others in its preparation, shape, and tradition.

Extra virgin olive oils occupies a high and unique position in the competitive arena in order to elevate and reaching the highest and best result, for that reason, the international competitions started to be a way for producers to show their products and to encourage others to participate and enhance their olive oil because of that we announce a competition is going to start in European countries as a whole in addition to Russia as well

Quality Competition

Entitled to participate in various kinds of extra virgin olive oil from any country over the world, samples of your olive oil should be submitted in an anonymous way and accurately coded for a fair tasting and just result by the arbitration commission.

Healthy Competition

Healthy competition is a following category after the quality competition ( the second phase) which means you cannot choose the healthy competition if your product is not registered in the first phase which is the Quality Competition. Oils will be evaluated by organoleptics and chemicals analysis.

infused oils Competition

In the past years, many developments have appeared in the food and beverage industry, olive oil has been included in that industry as well, infused olive oil now is found with some flavors such as garlic, chili, lemon, truffle, ripe fruits. Infused olive oils will be evaluated just by organoleptics analysis.
